Delivery Information

International Orders:

  • Air Freight: If you are importing a smaller quantity, it is advisable to transport via Air Freight for faster delivery.
  • Sea Freight: For larger quantities over 1 MT or non-perishable products, Sea Freight is recommended for cost-effective transportation.


Sample Shipments:

  • We always send free samples (up to 100g) before processing a larger shipment.
  • The shipping cost of the sample shipment should be borne by the buyer.
  • Sample shipments are sent via either Air Mail or EMS for swift delivery.


Local Orders:

  • For local orders, we utilize local courier services. Delivery times and fees depend on the final destination within Sri Lanka.


Delivery Time:

  • Order will be dispatched within 1-2 business days of order being placed. Delivery times will vary based on the destination and the carrier you choose. Please allow sufficient time for your order to be processed and shipped. We do not take responsibility for customs clearance and any associated delays.


Customs and Duties:

  • All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Colombo, Sri Lanka and may incur import duties and taxes in the destination country. These costs are the responsibility of the purchaser and will be collected by the carrier at the time of delivery.
